If a company wants to apply for more than one person, each individual will have to complete the application form.
Selection of the participants will be on a competitive basis:Sending the application form and receiving the confirmation of receipt plus the questionnaire does not automatically grant access to the seminar.
The selection results will be communicated to the applicant personally,
not later than 3 weeks before the start of the programme.You will have to confirm your participation within 48 hours. COMPANY PRESENTATION & CV
Applicants will have to send a brief company presentation and CV.
Upon receipt of the participation request the media business school etma will send a questionnaire to be completed. Some of the questions will have to do with the company finances and organisation. It goes without saying that all the information sent by the participants will either be immediately destroyed (in the event that they are not selected) or after the seminar. None of this information will be distributed, made available to third parties, or kept on record after the seminar.
CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Cancellation after confirmation of participation will be charged as follows:
• 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the seminar: 50% of tuition fee.
We welcome last-minute substitute participants, provided they meet all admission criteria and are able to participate in a professional manner to the seminar.
PAYMENT
In case of selection, full payment is required no later than 10 days prior to the seminar start date.
After you send your application form we will contact you and send you a questionnaire for the selection process and to prepare the seminar in accordance with your professional situation, background and needs.
The selection results will be communicated to you personally, not later than 3 weeks before the start of the programme.
You will have to confirm your participation within 48 hours, then a mail with our bank details will be send to you together with the invoice to the address mentioned above.
