Applications should be received 60-90 days prior to start date to guaranteed place in this leadership seminar.
Applications received AFTER the 60 days registration date will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

  2. • PARTICIPANT COSTS

    The cost of attending the course as a participant is 5.500,00 € + applicable taxes
    (this includes meals, snack breaks and accommodation. The fee also includes all tuition, pre-course/on-course materials, and Personal Learning Advisor support. Applicable taxes are extra.).

    Note:
    You will be responsible for your own travel to and from the Leadership seminar in Strasbourg.
  3. • CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY

    You will be charged as follows:
    » if you cancel 30 or more days prior to the start of the EMELP leadership seminar: 500,00 €. (to cover administrative costs)
    » 15 - 30 days prior to the start of the program: 50% of tuition fee
    » 1 to 14 days prior to the start of the program:100% of tuition fee.

    We welcome substitute participants, provided they meet all admission criteria (determined by the selection committee) and are able to complete all pre-course material prior to the start of the session.

  4. • PAYMENT

    To retain your place in our EMELP leadership seminar we require a minimum 500,00 EUR deposit.
    The balance of fees is required no later than 30 days prior to the program start date.

    A mail with our bank details will be send to you with your first invoice regarding your payment option to the address mentioned above.
    If this informations and invoice should also be sent to another contact (eg.: financial department) please fill in the secondary address field below.

    Dietary concerns - Please read:

    We will do our best to accommodate special lodging and meal requests. Our desire is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To do so, we ask that if you have any dietary concerns that you let us know in advance. Unfortunately, if we do not have prior notice of concerns, we would not be able to accommodate any substitutes.
